Review: This exercise ball is super soft and elastic. Comes deflated but you can easily fill it with air or let the ball deflate by using the valve. I purchased it because balancing on an unstable surface does require engagement of your core — your abdominal, lower back and pelvic muscles. And engaging your core helps it grow stronger, which should improve posture and lessen back pain. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and i do recommend it😊👏🏼🩷
